Roles and Responsibilities

Nate joined GROW Licking County in December 2015.  As executive director,  Nate serves as the primary point of contact for business and industry attraction and expansion inquiries about Licking County as well as the County's representative for activities related to the region's Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC).  



Named by the Newark Advocate as a "20 Under 40" for 2016


Community Involvement

Nate is a member of the Rotary Club of Newark, Young Leaders of Licking County, and on the International Economic Development Council's (IEDC) Young Professional Advisory Committee.  Beginning in 2017, Nate began serving as a member of the board of directors for the Mid-Ohio Development Exchange (MODE) and the the Licking County Governmental Preservation Society (LCGPS). 


Nate also volunteers with the United Way of Licking County and was a participant in the inaugural Dancing with the Newark Stars, a charity fundraiser to support the Downtown Newark Association (DNA) & the Licking County Coalition for Care.

Roles and Responsibilities

Jillian Rine joined the GROW team in August 2016.  As a project associate, Jillian is responsible for the back-end support needed throughout the lifecycle of economic development projects.


Community Involvement

Jillian serves on the board of directors for the Young Leaders of Licking County and on the Development & Marketing Committee for the Licking County Foundation.  Moreover, Jillian serves as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Newark as well as a member of the Licking Valley Task Force. 


In her free time, Jillian volunteers for Hospice of Central Ohio.
