Workforce Development
In recent years, many companies have faced challenges when it comes to attracting and retaining employees. GROW partners with other local organizations to promote and develop a strong workforce in Licking County.
Manufacturing in Licking County
Licking County’s manufacturing industry continues to grow. From 2017 to 2022, manufacturing jobs in Licking County grew by 12%. This growth is attributed to expansions of existing businesses and the siting of new manufacturing operations, bringing quality opportunities and higher-paying jobs to our local workforce.
Recap: First Annual Licking County Infrastructure Luncheon
On May 16th, GROW Licking County, Licking County Area Transportation Study (LCATS), and the Licking County Transportation Improvement District (TID) hosted the first annual Licking County Infrastructure Luncheon. This sold-out event featured presentations from planning and engineering experts on recent and ongoing studies that look to address current infrastructure needs while preparing for future growth.

2022 Year in Review
