Our Mission
The mission of GROW Licking County CIC is to provide responsive and individualized economic development support that enables business to expand or locate in Licking County, Ohio. GROW Licking County serves as the community's lead economic development organization – welcoming development, connecting resources and increasing opportunities.
Through strong public–private partnerships, GROW Licking County facilitates relationships across the county to support both emerging and existing growth opportunities within our diverse industry sectors.
Our core message—“Simplifying Success”—is reflected in the businesses we have assisted, the testimonials from project partners highlighting GROW’s collaborative approach to economic development, and the overall quality of life in Licking County.
These efforts have resulted in the creation of 11,000 new jobs, the retention of 4,100 existing jobs, and the facilitation of more than $50 billion in direct investment across Licking County since 2018.
