Cameron Garczyk began his tenure as Executive Director of GROW Licking County Community Improvement Corporation in October 2025.
In this role, he leads countywide economic development efforts focused on business attraction and expansion, workforce development partnerships, and strategic investments that support long-term, managed growth throughout Licking County.
Prior to joining GROW Licking County, Garczyk served as Assistant State Director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), where he managed legislative and political affairs for the Ohio office, representing more than 21,000 Ohio small businesses before the General Assembly and executive branch. He also held several legislative and public policy positions with the Ohio House of Representatives, including serving as Senior Legislative Aide to the Speaker of the House and Chairman of the House Finance Committee. In these roles, he worked closely with elected officials, state agencies, and advocacy organizations to advance key policy initiatives to advance Ohio's economy.
Garczyk currently serves as a member of the Ohio Tax Credit Authority and represents Licking County on the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) Board. He is also an active member of the Newark Rotary Club and the Ohio Economic Development Association.
Garczyk holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Miami University and resides in Hebron, Ohio with his wife and daughter.

About Becca
Becca Morlan serves as the Marketing & Administrative Manager for GROW Licking County Community Improvement Corporation. In her role, Becca manages GROW’s marketing and communications efforts, including social media, branding, and website management. She also oversees event planning and provides administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the organization.
Prior to joining GROW Licking County, Becca held marketing positions in both the business and nonprofit sectors. Her background includes managing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and e-commerce platforms; developing content to support events and promotional initiatives; and website management.
Becca holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Kentucky University and resides in Hebron, Ohio, with her husband and son.
