Prospective clients will be interested in our best assets including large development-ready sites with rail, modern and competitively priced buildings, a superior #workforce, business-friendly municipalities, excess utility capacities and thoughtful infrastructure investment.

Ideally located on I-70, Licking County has a thriving e-commerce center, a wide #manufacturing base, and a thriving and growing modern technology industry.

While it’s exciting to locate big name users such as Carvana and Ashley HomeStore, Licking County is able to attract and retain diverse businesses across all industries. Since 2015, 20 companies have located to Licking County, committing to creating 3,776 new jobs and investing $2.4B in capital investment.
