Grow LC 2025 Strategy Goals

We are reintroducing you to GROW Licking County every Monday to share the many aspects of our agency and economic development.

GROW is funded both publicly and privately. While our largest supporter continues to be the Licking County Commissioners, our investors are made up of the largest municipalities in our county and private business representing finance, development, education and community partners.

Without this valuable funding we would not be able to meet the goals we set in our GROW LC 2025 strategy. In 2018, GROW Licking County CIC adopted the economic growth plan that outlined these ambitious goals by the year 2025:

  • Add 5,000 net new jobs

  • Create $200M in Net New Payroll

  • Generate $750M of capital investment

  • Raise Median Household Incomes by $5,000
