We are reintroducing you to GROW Licking County every Monday to share the many aspects of our agency and our role in economic development within the county.
One tangible benefit of Licking County is our space. With the collaborative spirit of development, Licking County has amassed many development-ready sites and modern existing buildings.
GROW works hard to maintain a broad knowledge of all available sites and buildings in order to eliminate risk, cost, and time for clients considering the county. We advise developers on holes in our inventory, based on need. We work with landowners to advise how to make their sites marketable. We also work with landlords on how to best prepare for industrial base users.
Today, we have multiple development-ready sites over 100 acres, four with rail access. Additionally, multiple spec buildings, in a range of sizes, have recently been completed or are currently under construction to be introduced into the market in early 2021.
