Ohio Statewide Development Corporation
The Ohio Statewide Development Corporation (OSDC) is a private, not-for-profit corporation providing financing to Ohio small businesses by acting as a conduit for public financing programs. OSDC is a Certified Development Company (CDC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide low-cost, long-term SBA 504 loans as well as serve as a Ohio 166 Regional Loan Administrator, as designated by the Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA).
